1. Requesting Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

2. Damaged Canvas Prints
If your canvas print arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement or account credit. Here’s what we’ll need from you to process your claim:
- A photo of the damaged canvas print
- A photo of the packaging in which the canvas print arrived
- A brief description of the damage observed

3. Lost Canvas Prints
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team to investigate. We’ll work with our shipping partners to locate the package. If we determine the package is lost, we will arrange a replacement or offer account credit.
4. Replacements, Refunds and Account Credit
Once your claim is approved, you may choose between a replacement, refund, or account credit. Account credit can be applied to any future purchase, giving you the flexibility to reorder at your convenience.
