Order Status and Tracking

Order status is updated at least once a day during regular business days. Upon updating an order to "Shipped" status an e-mail notice will be sent to the e-mail address the customer entered when they placed their order, indicating the order was shipped.

Orders shipped within the U.S. will usually have tracking information posted within 24 hours of shipping.

Orders status can also be located in your order history if you were logged into your account when you placed your order.

Order status is updated periodically throughout the day. Any tracking numbers will normally be posted on the order's status page within 24 hours after the order has shipped.
