You have the option to select an image you want to have printed on the certificate as in the example. Ideally this would be the image of which the artwork / print is being represented on the certificate.

Open Edition
Open edition prints are a general all around certificate usually used if a single print is produced on demand.

Numbered Series
Numbered series are typically a set of prints made en mass. Each print should be signed and numbered with the certificate reflecting the prints number of the total in the series.

Artist's Proof
Select this option if the print is going to be an artist's proof. An artist proof is typically a print signed by the artists approving the print before going into some sort of volume production.

Unique or Original Work
Recommended if the certificate represents a one of a kind piece like and original painting or one of a kind print.

A description should be a brief, 250 characters of less bit of information about the print or work this certificate represents.
